How to get involved with the CDY Ministry:

There are several opportunities to serve @ CDY:

 -Small Group Leader or Co-Leader
-Host Home for a small group
-Volunteer at our 1 x per month HUB nights
-Special Events team
-Admin in the office or from home.

We have a simple process to follow if you’re interested in getting involved:

1.  Call or email Thad DeBuhr @ 208-777-7325 ext. 121 or tdebuhr@reallifeministries.com

2.  Complete your “joining the team” application and return it to Thad.

3. We will process your application and one of our coaches will be in touch with you about the next steps for you to get involved.

 Our desire at CDY is to connect middle school students in to a discipleship small group.  We believe discipleship happens best in an environment where a trained adult volunteer can get to know students, spend time in God’s word with them and encourage them as they learn to follow God in their everyday lives.

 All of our small groups are gender and grade specific.  IE; 6th grade boys meet with other 6th grade boys.

 In addition to grade and gender they are also assigned by community.  We have 4 specific CDY communities:

Post Falls Community - Post Falls & River City MS boundaries.
Rathdrum Community - All of Lakeland School District.
CDA-West Community - Basically Woodland MS boundaries.
CDA-East Community - Canfield & Lakes MS boundaries. 

All of our small groups meet in homes in their respective communities.
The CDY small groups meet on the LAST 3 Monday nights of each month.

In addition to CDY Small Groups we also have:

 1 x a Month HUB nights

 Every community gathers together on the 1st SUNDAY of each month for a great night of fellowship, fun, games and a great message.  All HUB nights run from 6:30pm—8:30pm.

 · Post Falls HUB night location is:  RLM # 2
 · Rathdrum HUB night location is:  The Rathdrum Senior Center across the street from Zips (not the grange).
· CDA-West Hub night location is:  Woodland Middle School Cafeteria.
· CDA-East Hub night location is:  Canfield Middle School Gym.
