Seniors Strength and Stretch Class

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS / STARTING SEPTEMBER 3RD / 1:00PM / THE COURTS
Grab your water bottle, towel, court shoes (non-marking soles, inside-only), and comfortable clothes and join us as we begin this co-ed class focusing on strength and stretching through sitting and standing exercises with bands, mats, music, and more! All fitness levels welcome (modifications if needed).
Note: We will be taking a break for August, and will return to 1pm in the Courts on September 3rd.
