RLU Biblical Studies: Rooted
Sundays / October 7th - December 9th / 9:45 AM / PF Campus, Bldg 2 Auditorium
Join us as we grow our roots deeper into the truths of God's Word. This track is designed around the basic beliefs and practices of the Christian faith. The goal is to give you a more in-depth understanding of what you believe and how to be confident as you study the Word of God.
The Rooted classes for Fall 2018 are broken into two topics:
Basic Christian Doctrines: Bible Narrative Overview, Godhead Overvew, Mankind (What is Man?), Jesus, and Holy Spirit
Corporate Gathering (Church):
Worship, Communion, Stewardship, Preaching, and Baptism
Certificate of Completion
Rooted class participants can receive a Certificate of Completion by attending a minimum 32 of the 40 classes offered; watching and reviewing missed classes online; and completing and submitting any reviews, quizzes, or projects.
Future topics for Rooted include:
Apologetics, How to Read My Bible, Healthy Practices, Bible Characters, Church History, Cultural Topics, and World Religions. Registration for Winter 2019 will open in November. Registration for Spring & Summer 2019 will open in March.
