My Family: My wife Cheri and I have two sons, Drew – 13 and Daniel – 10.

My Story: I was born in raised in Southern California. I became a Christian after accepting Christ at a high school camp in 1981, after my sophomore year. I met my beautiful wife of 24 years in 1989 and we were married in 1990. Our family moved to the Spokane area in 2007 after spending our entire lives in California. We live in Liberty Lake with our two sons. I received a B.S. in Kinesiology from Calif. State University, Fullerton in 1995. I spent 20 years in the medical field as an EMT and Physical Therapy Assistant/Certified Athletic Trainer working with high school, college and professional athletes. After answering the call to ministry, I attended Fuller Theological Seminary and graduated in 2004 with an M.A. in Theology. I served 2 years as the Connections Pastor at Mission Viejo Christian Church in California. Then I was on staff for three years as a Community Pastor at RLM before moving to Arizona where I completed a 2 year chaplain residency program at a medical center in Mesa, AZ. I returned to RLM in 2013.

Favorite Verse: “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39.

Food: Thai cuisine.

Hobby: Reading and spending lots of time with my family.

Exercise: Love to play sports, especially with my kids!

Smell: A tie between fresh brewing coffee and frying bacon in the mornings.
