Weekend Service Sermon Series
Historic Faith is a reference based on the actions of Christians in the Early Church during a time when the Roman Empire was overtaken by plague. As people fled the infested city, Christians made their way into the city, nursed the sick and comforted those dying from the pandemic. These Christians behaved like Christ would, regardless of circumstances, culture or consequences.
When we have this kind of faith in God, we bring Glory to Him. During tough situations, unsaved people see our faith-based actions and they are compelled to have faith in Him, which ultimately brings glory to God.
With an uncertain economy and our Nation’s eroding moral foundation, Christians are presented with a Historic Faith opportunity once again. Focusing on what Christ modeled for us, following his lead and ignoring circumstances, culture and consequences, has become more important than ever. If we pick up our cross daily, Real Life Ministries will be able to continue to go through the doors that God has opened for us as a congregation.
Join us for this five week series and a journey of a lifetime through HISTORIC FAITH.

Exodus, the second book of the Bible, is an epic account of God responding to people, and people learning to respond to God. This book is a cornerstone for showing us who God is - his character and attributes, his heart for his people - how he responds and redeems, and the importance of relationships - with both God and each other. We will spend the next six weeks exploring this book of the account of Israel's exit from slavery and the beginning steps of new life following God as he rescues, redeems and establishes them as a new nation. As we study their journey of faith we will discover from their story and example much that impacts our own faith journey as we follow God today.

JonathanAs we approach the New Year, we see our culture fearful and shrinking back based on surrounding circumstances. We as Christians, however, want to act courageously, counter to the culture. We will look into God's Word at the story of Jonathon, and an example of God's people being courageous in a fearful time.
