Real Life Sports Families,

We hope that this email finds your families are doing well. We are aware that the information and situations are changing rapidly regarding the virus response.

Our plan is to update everyone weekly with what is happening at our campuses. As of today, all programs and activities at our physical campuses are suspended. We want you to know that while our physical campuses are closed, we are offering services via our Online Campus.
Since our sports seasons are not scheduled to start until April 6th, we have a bit to take a "wait and see" attitude.

If we are able to have our season as planned, here are a few important reminders:

• Our parent meeting is scheduled for Sunday, April 5th in Real Life Ministries, Building #1, Main Auditorium at 4 pm.

o This will be a time to hear our plan and vision for the Spring 2020 season
o Bring your child so they can meet their coaches.
o Pick up the picture packet

• First night of practices will be either Monday, April 5th (soccer and half of volleyball) or Tuesday, April 6th (half of volleyball). Please watch
team snap for updates as it gets closer.

• Our picture day is scheduled for Saturday, April 11th at The Courts.

o Each team will be assigned a time, but you can really come at anytime because of how the pictures are done by S & C Danner Photography. We only need to take individual photos and they build the team photos.
o If this is your first time playing sports with Real LIfe Sports, we have a pretty painless team photo process. We ask that
everyone come have a picture taken so even if you aren't ordering for your family, your kiddo is in the team photo.

• First games are scheduled for Saturday, April 18th. Game times and locations will be uploaded into Team Snap the week of March 30th.
We will all get through this together. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at

We will be back in touch with you all
next week.
