This class is all about understanding and overcoming sexual addiction. Join us as we take on this battle against pornography and fight for purity in our lives and walks with God!

FULL - SAVING YOUR MARRIAGE BEFORE IT STARTS

This class is for any couple who are considering engagement or already engaged, whether you have a wedding date set or not. This renowned assessment, produced by Drs. Les & Leslie Parrot, is exceptional in guiding you in understanding how unique each of you are, and how that could play out in your marriage. It is designed so that each of you can understand your personal makeup as well as your partner. The creators have made it simple to see each of you, side by side, in the assessment report. Your instructors will lead you through the companion video sessions each week along with advocates who will walk with you through the assessment report. The cost for the assessment is $35 per couple and MUST be completed one week prior to the class.

FULL - BUILT TO LAST: GOD'S DESIGN FOR MARRIAGE

This class was created from Ephesians 5 and outlines what a Biblical marriage looks like. We have also added several practical tools to help us walk through our marriages successfully. There are weekly surveys to help us get to know ourselves and our spouses better, along with the encouragement of a weekly date night.

FULL - Communication in Marriage

This class is designed to improve the communication skills in marriage. We will be meeting for 6-weeks and covering a different topic each week to help develop and improve your communication with your spouse.

God, Sex, and Your Marriage

This class answers the question, "What is a healthy sex life supposed to look like?" Married couples will learn how to identify and address barriers to passion and pleasure, move from sexual activity to sexual intimacy, and begin to understand God's purpose for sexual intimacy in your marriage.

OVER - Tech Wise Parenting

Parenting is hard. And parenting in this generation brings a whole new set of complexities because of technology. In this 2 hour workshop (offered twice) we will be looking at tools and practices that every family can implement. We will be getting hands-on with some of the newest technological tools and software for mobile devices. This class is designed for parents of children all ages, but will practically be looking at equipping families with children ages 5 years old through 15. Chris & Sara Short have 4 teenage students and are in the thick of parenting in the digital age. Be prepared for an action packed 2 hours!

Children Grief Class

This class is designed to assist children in grief with age appropriate methods and also to give parents tools in walking with their children in grief.

FULL - Emotional Management

Curious about how your own thinking, feeling and choosing is impacting your internal world and your relationships? This class will help you identify thinking and emotions. You will grow in your awareness and ability to respond to emotions, gain skill in managing your own thinking, and ability to build connection in relationships. We all can grow in our emotional intelligence and relationship building abilities.

Suicide Awareness and Prevention

Suicide Awareness and Prevention class will discuss the statistics and signs of suicide. We will also be equipping people to use a tool called - QPR. QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer. Just as people trained in CPR can help save lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis, how to offer hope, and how to get help, helping save lives.

FULL - Untying The Knots of the heart

Untying the Knots of the Heart is a process group with the aim of helping people address and redeem their emotions, pain and relationships through the Gospel with small group interaction. This initial 12 week small-group environment is designed to help Christians identify the root causes of their brokenness and allow the Gospel to heal their inner lives and relationships. A continuation of the process is also offered after the initial group through an additional ten weeks process group. In view of the length and depth of the group we use an intake process, so expectations are clear. A book fee of $95 is also part of the group. If you are interested, please sign up to be contacted. Untying the Knots group begins Friday Sept 20 runs through Dec 13 with no group on November 29.

Grief Share

A grief class designed to offer you help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member or friend. Join us for a 13-week study involving a video, discussion group, and weekly journaling as you walk through your journey of grief in community with others. Workbook will need to be purchased prior to class.
