If you're having trouble connecting to the internet, try these options:
- Can you visit other websites? Check other websites to determine whether your Internet is completely down or if it might be just one particular website or service.
- Can you connect with other devices? If only one computer, phone, or device is having connectivity problems, try restarting it.
- How's your WiFi? If you're connected wirelessly, try connecting directly to your router with an ethernet cord. You can also try to disconnect everything else that is currently connected to your wifi (phones, computers, etc.).
- Does everything have power? Check for lights on your modem and/or router to make sure both have power--are they plugged in, are they turned on, and are all cables secure?
- Can you reset your equipment? Unplug power cables to both the WiFi router and modem and wait one minute. Plug in the modem and wait two minutes. Plug in the router and wait two minutes. Check to see if your internet is working.
- Chromecast does not currently work with our Real Life app (our developers are working on that), but it will work with the Google Chrome browser on any device.
- We recommend Google Chrome as the best browser for streaming our services.
