““Youth

Purpose of Mission trip: The mission trip to Mexico will grow and challenge your student. They will be given the opportunity to see needs that they might not see in the United States, as well as the opportunity to present the gospel in both word and action.


Trip Date/Location: June 2022 TBD | Tecate, Baja North, Mexico


Misson Trip Cost:  $1195

Other Money Needed for the Trip: $100 total

The $100 broken down:

  • $50 – You will be responsible for 5 meals on your own during the trip  
  • $50 – The recommendation for spending money during the trip

Passports are REQUIRED:

You will need a passport or passport card. You will need 6 to 8 weeks for the passport to be processed so get it early. Go to travel.state.gov for more information regarding this.

FINANCIAL DEADLINES:    

$400 is due February 20, 2022
The $400 is non-refundable. If you are suddenly unable to go on the trip, this money will be put towards the Mexico mission team as a whole.

Remaining $795 is due April 24, 2022




FUNDRAISING METHODS

SUPPORT LETTERS
These will need to be sent out ASAP to anyone in your life that you believe might be interested in supporting you in this life changing experience.

 With each support letter you will need to include an envelope with your address and a stamp on it for them to send a check back to.

ORGANIZE YOUR OWN FAMILY FUNDRAISERS
1. This might look like your family putting on a car wash, yard sale, or putting on one of a number of fundraisers that are available!

This might be an official job or as simple as doing work for friends and family who need work done.
